Mission Statement

Teens’ Lounge Youth Empowerment & Resource Center is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where youth can discover their voice, recognize their potential, and build the skills needed to thrive. Through mentorship, education, career and workforce development, life-skills training, creative expression, and access to essential resources, we equip young people with the confidence, knowledge, and support to overcome barriers, make positive choices, and pursue their goals. We believe every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and prepared for a successful future.

Operating Schedule

Afterschool program: The center operates four days a week, Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., after school hours. We observe all school-recognized holidays and remain closed during these periods.

Summer Enrichment Program: A three-week program conducted three days a week, with three hours per day.

​

Career Readiness Courses: GED classes, ASVAB preparation, and Apprenticeship programs are extended to ages 18-24.
